Meet my other inspiration! My life as an artist, educator and mother often comes back to the same work: nurturing creative confidence, trust and storytelling. A big part of that practice lives in my art, carving out my own creative voice and trusting my vision, as well as also inspiring the next generation to be curious, inspired, and confident in their ability as creatives. DRAW started as a small seed of an idea in that space, as a simple open-ended invitation in, taking the pressure off of the blank page and replacing it with curiosity, play and possibility.
DRAW is a simple deck of creative prompts designed to spark imagination and help children step into the creative process and find their own stories to share along the way. Each card in the deck is an invitation rather than an instruction, and choosing your combination of three cards feels like opening a door to imagination. There is no right answer, only directions that lead somewhere (anywhere!) unexpected. With 90 cards in the deck, there are over 27,000 unique combinations to unleash creativity.
